@AirIndiaX Never seen an airline worst than AIR INDIA EXPRESS. Never certain of the flights that will take off and always causes inconvenience to passenger. How can you not know of your operational issues 4 days before the flight. Never booking again! Scammers!!!!

dont choose weekly twice flights like this by Air India Express. They have a habit of cancelling the flights less than 24hrs before the flight. And leave you stranded waiting to travel on the next flight which is 3 days away..

@AirIndiaX @AirIndiaX May I ask again what was the main reason for this cancellation? Was it like not enough tickets sold? or unavailability of crew? or the dispatcher took off?

It cannot be technical because you mentioned it is operational. Let me know the reason at least.

@AirIndiaX IX 927 on 19th Jan is cancelled. The notice came just now which is less than 24hrs before departure. This trip is so crucial for my sister and her 2 kids (2yrs & 3yrs). The amount of stress and pain we are going through today is beyond words. #AirIndiaExpress

@DGCAIndia The flight cancellation refund rules is good for cases where we have many flights in this route. If one is gone, you have another at a fairly good price. How the same rule is fair if the airline has the flights 3 days apart. And that too from regional small airports?
