Where do stressed people in Uganda go to heal, breathe, and reset? Bar or church? The next big business will be mental wellness spaces safe places where people can talk without judgment. From school children to corporate workers and struggling families, many are silently overwhelmed. Too many turn to drugs and extreme distractions after losing hope. The underlying issue is mental health. People are not okay outhea. We are all potential patients. Be kind.
