@UPS has THE WORST portal for users when it comes to shipping. Their AI chat help is hopeless and there are no clear methods of communication by writing. What happened to good old fashioned REAL customer service?
Take caution when ordering from @cultbeauty. Resolving issues is a nightmare. My order was lost. Itβs been two months with no items or refund. They claim they are investigating yet Iβve already received confirmation from the courier that the package was lost. Whatβs going on?

I am annoyed at @Whatnot because they sent me an email βwarningβ me that I could be suspended for my recent action of reporting a Whatnot transaction on my credit as fraud. Hereβs the full story for your awarenessβ¦
I purchased an item but the seller never shipped. I reported the problem and @Whatnot cancelled the purchase for me because the seller didnβt. But even after the cancellation, they never refunded me for the purchase despite saying they would.
Still waiting for a refund from @Whatnot for an item the seller never shipped. Order placed Oct 23, order cancelled Nov 13, refund never received as of Dec 19. Filed a fraud report with my credit card because @Whatnot continues to insist they refunded me, which is not true.
@therealreal This is theft and fraud by @therealreal . They withheld the return shipping cost despite promising they waived it. And they withheld tax for some reason.
The @therealreal didnβt refund me the full amount I paid after I returned an item. The item was delivered damaged, they told me Iβd get all my money backβ¦I want the rest of my refund.

@therealreal Additionally, the label doesnβt work for me. Iβm located in France. So are you expecting me to pay the international shipping cost and duties to send these damaged shoes back?
The quality of service from @therealreal has certainly deteriorated. Damaged shipments, poorly packaged shoes with zero padding or protection. Shoes arrived punctured and scratched. Huge disappointment.
@therealreal I received an email saying the return shipping cost will be deducted. Not to mention, the refund amount is not even correctly calculated to reflect what I paid π You seriously have some issues to sort out.
@therealreal I responded to the DM, but I would appreciate a public response to the problem so that people can see how your company is addressing the issue of carelessness with high-value items. Which apparently happened to other people also. Itβs unacceptable for a business like yours.
@therealreal You would think a company that specializes in expensive luxury goods would pack shipments carefully to not get damaged! I returned to the @therealreal after previous bad experiences hoping they improved but I am deeply disappointed.
@therealreal The shoes I purchased from @therealreal are a limited edition model, worth more than 2k and rare to find. There was zero consideration taken when shipping them. No cushion inside, no wrapping, no protection whatsoever.
@therealreal I did get in touch with support already. They told me to return it. I donβt think you understand the disappointment of receiving your dream shoe in damaged condition that could have been prevented.
