my intuition is crazy. i can literally have zero evidence of what is going on but still know there’s a whole script running behind my back. i am never wrong.
I’m a materialistic woman. I like the nicest things, and I want to be able to afford whatever I want at any time without flinching. ‘I want it, I get it.’
The other night my little girl told me her hands were stinky so we got her all cleaned up and I asked if she would like some of my special L’occitane lotion that I keep by the bed. “It’s for ladies,” I told her with ceremonious tones.
So now, the last thing she does after I have tucked her into her crib every night is stick out her little hands and say, “Mom? My lady lotion?”
It’s too much. We are so fancy and important.
I like money, but money is NOT the first thing I look out for in a man.
I will not be with a wealthy guy who doesn’t have home training.
I’d rather be with a guy who fends well for himself and has good home training.
I cannot be ‘training’ an adult. It’s abnormal.
Yes, they don’t die but they can slow down. It’s okay to be completely honest about these things. It serves us better when we’re honest about our lived reality as women in this world.
One of my friends went completely silent for a whole YEAR. She locked in, chose God, chose sobriety, and didn’t look back. Now she’s in her new home, driving her new car, running her own hair studio/school.
When God says “detach,” you don’t owe anyone a reason. You just surrender. I never took her silence personal, and watching the blessings that followed her obedience has been beautiful.
I think men are becoming too content with being useless. You guys literally Can’t fix shit, can’t build, don’t pay for shit , struggling to plan dates . Like what are you really here for??
