If I had to guess, this is primarily supposed to be lore for Kanezaka, though I do think there's a very good chance there's a hero tease here as well.

Asa talks a lot about the fox spirit and of course, blades, which lines up with something interesting

[Overwatch @PlayOverwatch]

[CORRESPONDENCE] As winter leads to spring, let me write a letter of lightness. Perhaps it will grant us both a little peace, even as I turn my blade to keeping the peace here from shattering altogether. – Asa

@OW_Esports Not a singular play, but Sayaplayer dominating on Junkertown was pretty iconic

[NTC Overwatch💙☮️ @ntcquinn_ow]

Okay I love Vendetta as a villain but BOY does Doomfist's return add so much juice to Overwatch.

Sahr Ngaujah is unbelievable.

[Overwatch @PlayOverwatch]

Doomfist wasn’t the only one who lost something in Vendetta’s rise to power 💥

ROUND 1?!

[Overwatch Esports @OW_Esports]

Places, everyone! Here's your first look at the #OWWC2026 Finals Bracket!

Your quarterfinal matches:
@SAOWWC 🆚 @SpainOWWC
@OWTeamGermany 🆚 @OwSweden
@USAOWWC 🆚 @OwwcKoreaTeam
@avecle6 🆚 @AUSOWWC

Which matchup are you most excited for?

[NTC Overwatch💙☮️ @ntcquinn_ow]

I'm sorry what do you mean Germany gets eliminated if they drop a single map to Thailand, I'm NOT relaxing anymore.

[NTC Overwatch💙☮️ @ntcquinn_ow]

Can someone explain the OWWC tiebreakers to me because idk how Spain isn't guaranteed to move on yet. They beat both Thailand and Canada and neither can catch them on map differential. The only way they don't have the best record & map diff is if Germany 3-0 Thailand.

[NTC Overwatch💙☮️ @ntcquinn_ow]

I can relax now things are fine

[NTC Overwatch💙☮️ @ntcquinn_ow]

I have to give massive props to Lily because never in a million years would I have clocked her as the VA, she has nailed D.Mon’s voice and I could not be happier.

I have watched this trailer like 4 times already and I just realized that https://t.co/lgyjyoETwx has her OW1 design and not her OW2 design.

Thought that was neat.

[Overwatch @PlayOverwatch]

Every hero needs a squad, and every squad needs a leader 🛡️💥

Check out D.Mon’s brand new Hero Trailer, Tough Call, before our newest Tank Hero arrives with Season 4 on Aug 11.

[NTC Overwatch💙☮️ @ntcquinn_ow]

Yeah, they got him.

I liked him too.

[Shroomiiee @mushroomiiee]

MEKA CAUGHT MY GOAT oh winston is so gonna get to see Hammond soon….

[NTC Overwatch💙☮️ @ntcquinn_ow]

I’m glad that everyone who was going “WHAT IF THE HERO IS A JUNKER THAT STOLE BEAST?” can forget about that idea already

[Overwatch @PlayOverwatch]

You know her name. Now get ready to watch her work. 🛡️💥

Tune in to the premiere of D.Mon’s Hero Trailer when it goes live Aug 6 at 9am PT.

I have nothing but love for the OWCS team and the players that are giving it their all, but I find it so hard to watch OWCS after how deeply connected I was to OWL and its community. There is an OWL shaped hole in my heart and I fear it may never be filled again.

[jasmine ⚢ 🇵🇸 @bunnielesbian]

if you've watched owl, owcs becomes borderline unwatchable

[NTC Overwatch💙☮️ @ntcquinn_ow]

Blizzard dropping naked Shion on a random Tuesday that's my favorite development team right there

[Overwatch Cavalry @OWCavalry]

First Look at Shion before she received her human-like modifications in #Overwatch 🔺

[NTC Overwatch💙☮️ @ntcquinn_ow]

I'm trying to avoid spoilers as much as possible but who the HELL is this supposed to be in Undivided?

Pharah? https://t.co/lgyjyoETwx? WHOSE WHITE BABY IS THAT?!

[NTC Overwatch💙☮️ @ntcquinn_ow]

If they made Lifeweaver’s partner a woman or even a fem-presenting non-binary partner, EVERYONE complaining about him getting an NPC partner would be calling it hetslop despite it being 100% in-line with his sexuality

[𝖺𝗋𝗂 ‹𝟹 @dvamonster]

Assuming both Juno and Wuyang are straight is crazy. Yes, that's what you're doing by calling it "hetslop" and yes, your biphobia is showing

[NTC Overwatch💙☮️ @ntcquinn_ow]

Domina showing up in the Pride Comic, surely that means nothing

Plus, I'm curious to see what the Kiriko and Mizuki relationship actually looks like, since we haven't really gotten to see its full scope, and what Mizuki's journey in this season looks like. It's hard to imagine Hanzo, Kiri, and Mizuki all joining OW, but it seems possible.

[NTC Overwatch💙☮️ @ntcquinn_ow]

I'm ngl, these were some BANGER issues. I got a little emotional with the Ana and Rein stuff, but also there's some setup for Season 3 that has me REALLY excited for what's coming next

[Overwatch @PlayOverwatch]

Juno and Wuyang rally the team to set up Ana and Reinhardt on a date. Everyone has a part to play, but Genji is distracted by reports of increasing gang violence in Tokyo.

[NTC Overwatch💙☮️ @ntcquinn_ow]

To avoid saying anything too spoilery, I think we might finally get the movement on the Shimada story that I've been wanting for a long time. Hopefully we get both Hanzo finally joining Genji again and hard confirmation of Genji and Mercy as a couple.
