The event will start on June 8, the same day as the weekly reset. Since you'll receive 700 city stamina, there's no need to save stamina now.

Also the max city stamina cap for the 2X reward is 700, so saving stamina bottle is unnecessary as well.

Lacrimosa's early impressions based on CN v1.1 [Thread]

She is a Chaos DOT main DPS. Almost every attack in her kit applies Nightmare, a Chaos DOT effect that stacks up to 10 times on enemy. Her damage mainly comes from constantly applying and stacking Nightmare effects.
