General Mkhwanazi was right about Sibiya&pattern of stalling investigations . In the Senzo Meyiwa investigations,the docket had been sitting untouched, gathering dust for years , kante Shibiri and Senona were in charge. That alone explains a lot about why the Senzo docket was left touched.

When you also include Brigadier Gininda from the Cold Case Unit ,the IO in the #SenzoMeyiwaTrial, it starts to make more sense why Sibiya wanted that unit to report directly to him by crook or hook.

With Senona coordinating the docket and Shibiri as the IO, given what the #MadlangaCommission revealed about both of them , it raises serious questions about credibility & handling of the Senzo Meyiwa murder investigation.
