@thehinds222 @GreenlightFiber Agree. For an outage this long (more than a few hours) there should be proactive communication about this to affected customers. And prorated bills. The lack of comms is just embarrassing for them. We’re not just annoyed customers, we rely on home internet for our jobs. SMDH… 🤦🏼‍♀️
