It was then that we saw militant Christianity come into its own with the imperialism and crusading spirit often evoked by RW Christians today

What we are witnessing now is Christianity shifting its focus out away from Europe (only about a fifth of Christians today are European, with the vast majority in Africa and Latin America) and its character morphing again, liberation theology etc

This makes it pretty apparent that it was Europe that made Christianity a martial, conquering force not the other way around

Evolution computes survival by competition between ingroup, outgroup, environment, nature, the climate, solar system, and universe. It has no other means of doing so - and despite human desire for stability (stagnation) failure to continuously evolve is a long term failure to survive.

Combine that with the fact humans neurology adapts to their social political and economic context and resists adaptation to any other for simple reasons: re-learning is hard and costly, re-learning intuitions is harder and costlier, and groups are, despite wishful thinking, quite vastly different in neotenic evolution, resulting impulsivity, and resulting intelligence.

You want us to coexist peacefully? It's possible. Terminate everyone with an IQ under 105, and practice reproductive eugenics to maintain it. Unfortunately, that's 63% of the world population. So um. We've sorta prohibited that kind of thing (at least the west has.)

Even then, territorial differences, group strategies evolved to suit them, the three institutional foundations (state, law, religion) that evolved to support them, and historical grievances will persist.

Utopianism is always a death sentence for many.

Under the Pax Americana life became very good for everyone. But in order to continue it, the USA would have to 'tax the world'. (Which is currently done indirectly by the Dollarization.) And pull personnel from participating countries for miiltary service. And by formalizing it further, the world would resist it. Moreover lessons learned from domesticating 80IQ populations - the USA doesn't want the responsibility any longer. Because to 'cure' the backward civilizations cannot be achieved without means that violate our own morals on one hand and our legitimacy as insurer of borders, human rights, rule of law, and free trade - all that has made the world prosperous - on the other hand.

SO the world returns to the conflict of civilizations and the extraordinary costs of those frictions - at least until the three civilizations that seek to preserve agrarian empires to compensate for their heterogeneous populations (china, russia, iran), collapse into federations of nation states like the rest of the world.

A multicultural liberal society can only work for a very brief moment in time, while there’s still a deeper underlying unity that exists from a dominant majority culture that supplies the necessary social cohesion for this liberal utopia to thrive.

But liberalism steadily uses up that cohesion while pretending it doesn’t need it.

It lives off the pre-liberal social capital of a family structure, national identity, shared religion, and common conceptions of civic duty until it eventually dissolves all of those those things in the name of trying to build the fully autonomous self-actualized universal gender fluid floating bundle of rights that we once called “man” but can no longer assign a gender specific name to because that’s not sufficiently pluralistic.

Liberalism dissolves the very world that sustains it, and it replaces that world with a fractured and atomized one that becomes too weak for abstract rights and neutral procedures to hold it together for long.

The last thing liberalism dissolves is itself.

This also explains why white identity has been turned into an "open source" culture that anybody should have the right to draw from, identify with and contribute to.

White identity has become "default." Both ubiquitous and accessible. Indistinguishable from "citizen."

"Human rights" basically equate to "access to white civilization." And since "we're all human," therefore we should all have the benefits of access to whites.

This is also why European myths like the Odyssey can be "reimagined" for a "modern audience," and we're all supposed to clap like seals. Because fundamentally, it's viewed as a "human story," not "Greek History."
