1/7 I wanted to share my honest disappointment with @incogni_com. I purchased the annual Family plan because I wanted to take back some of my privacy and hopefully reduce the spoofed and marketing calls hitting both my home and business landlines.
@incogni_com for your refund policy I understand that this is a industry standard but with how your service works I believe it should be re-looked into. I was able to contact someone from CS via chat but having to communicate via chat which took roughly 20 minutes it could of been a 3 minutes
@incogni_com 7/7 I purchased after seeing positive coverage and promotions from @PCMag , @JayzTwoCents , @GamersNexus , and @LinusTech. I am not asking for instant results. I am asking @incogni_com for better support, clearer expectations, and a refund policy that matches the timeline.
@incogni_com 6/7 I understand that data removal is not instant and that no service can completely stop spoofed or spam calls. Still, a 60-day refund window would better match the removal timeline, especially for annual plans, and every paid plan should have a clear path to human escalation.
@incogni_com 5/7 Incogni offers a 30-day money-back guarantee, but data brokers may have 30 to 45 days to process removal requests. How can a customer fairly judge the service before some of the most important requests may even be completed?
@incogni_com 4/7 The regular Family plan does not include phone support. I went through an AI live chat and was directed to email support or post in a forum. Phone support is reserved for Unlimited and Family Unlimited customers. That feels like human support is behind another paywall.
@incogni_com 3/7 To be clear, I cannot prove Incogni caused the increase, and I understand spam-call volume can fluctuate. My concern is that I bought a premium privacy service, saw the problem get significantly worse, and had no straightforward way to speak with someone about it.
@incogni_com 2/7 During the first 15 days, I noticed a slight reduction in calls. A few days later, the volume increased dramatically—from roughly 30 calls a day to as many as 60. That timing was concerning enough that I reached out for support.
@StockMKTNewz What micron is doing is screwing us consumers over. Can't wait for ai to get reset because it's a national security threat ( one model is)
@MattressFirm Update: we was able to work through a fair resolution. Just received our new mattress and the @MattressFirm sales expert was amazing to work with.
My wife and I have been trying to go through the warranty process through @MattressFirm because our King Purple Hybrid 3 is falling apart where the side gluing on my side now allows a spring to pop out and hot my right butt a literal pain in my ass. We was declined because
@gnukeith That's also not accurate with today's market. With the cost of gpu, ram, and nvmes. I believe the real goal was 800 and 1000. Comparing too a ps5 yes that's still expensive however no monthly subscription to play online games and more.
