@EsteraOgunkoya @I_Am_The_ICT What may help you is to put the imbalances of different TFs on your chart before you trade. I put them in different colors so I know which imbalance goes with which TF. This helped me tremendously to see the whole picture when I trade.

@I_Am_The_ICT Thanks to my very detailed trading journal and ICT's wonderful teaching, I read price's narrative and market structure, selected my bias, and came across victorious today. Going through and reading the tape daily really works. Also writing down levels of interest in higher TFs.
