@santanderukhelp I have now, I have to wait 6-8 weeks until it's resolved. Surely this isn't right since I bought currency from Santander who arranged next day delivery, £500 may not be much to the bank but it's an awful lot to me, it's ruined my trip to Australia and too late to change banks.

@santanderukhelp Nothing in there. The dispute is with Santander & Royal Mail, my currency was 'guaranteed delivery by 1pm' but didn't arrive, it's been confirmed as lost so the bank can now claim from Royal Mail. I'm stuck in the middle, £500 out of pocket, travelling on Wednesday, no currency.
