Last week, Telica volcano received thousands of new visitors – bees! Six hives were delivered, to the delight of the beneficiary families. Transporting beehives is a delicate task that needs to be done after dark, when the bees are calmer.

In December 2019 and after a long wait, the families of San Pedro Nuevo were finally rewarded with the sight of clean, arsenic free drinking water flowing from taps at their homes.
