Keep in mind trade flow shows large orders from traders that have a different edge than you do and have a lot more money to lose than you do. Nobody who’s ever made it is using somebody else’s edge. Accept this and that’ll be the first step to consistently make money trading

If you’ve traded for a little and have some experience then your greatest edge will appear when you get off of X, stop letting news dictate your trades, and stop caring about flow.

Can you find a momentary edge in these places? Yes. But you will never find yours.
