@Dexerto Small games like this one work better on https://t.co/yRsf7rqVVR and to have them just as filler for your portfolio.
But to be fair it's just one of those friendslop games you throw together in an afternoon, so charging money for it feels a bit steep to begin with.
@ashlee3dee 3. Make your futuristic tec believable. Don't connect wires or pipes straight into a wall. Just a scaled cylinder at the entry point can help to suggest some form of fitting or connection.
Hope it doesn't come off as rude or berating. Just trying to give feedback. <3
@ashlee3dee 2. Add something grounding to your scenes. The night in the woods scene works great, humans know how large are tree is, or a bird. This helps to give a sense of scale. Once again your sci-fi scenes could need a bit of that. Just some vaguely human shaked silhouette somewhere.
@ashlee3dee 1. When I look at your work, especially the Sci-Fi art i can see a few things you could improve. Depth-Fog / Color grading. The planet in one of your images looks really close while the bright blue sky suggests a dense atmosphere.
