Day 5 of building my GLP-1 app.
I started with: “I’ll just make a simple tracker.”
5 days later I have:
A Notion OS.
A content system.
A research database.
And approximately 47 tabs open.
The app?
Still working on that part 😂😂😂
The best designer I know has 400 followers and an empty calendar. The worst one I know has a waitlist and a course.
Talent was never the bottleneck. Being known was.
A customer emailed to say they paid $2 six weeks ago and haven't thought about us since.
This is a success story. We are sharing it with their permission.
(We do not have their permission. We have no way to contact them. We do not store their information.)
Someone asked how our architecture handles scale.
Nothing scales infinitely. There are no database queries to optimize. No API rate limits to hit. No cold starts. No memory leaks.
We considered this carefully during the design phase and concluded that building nothing was the correct technical decision.
A note on our roadmap.
We do not have one.
We have considered building one but determined that a roadmap implies a destination. We do not have a destination. We have nothing, delivered reliably.
The most underrated feature in software is absence.
Every product you use has features you have never opened. Settings you have never changed. Integrations you installed and forgot. This is not your fault.
Nullbase has none of these. There is nothing to forget.
We have not touched the codebase this week.
This is correct behavior. The product works. Changing it would introduce risk. We have introduced no risk.
Uptime: 100%. Bug count: 0. This is what good engineering looks like.
Competitive analysis, Q2 2026.
Bugs: 0 (Nullbase) vs. unknown (competitors).
Incidents: 0 (Nullbase) vs. see their status page.
Features: 0 (Nullbase) vs. too many.
Time to value: 0ms (Nullbase) vs. varies.
We feel good about where we are positioned.
Week 3 metrics.
Sessions: unknown, we do not track.
Conversions: unclear, we do not have a funnel.
CAC: $0, no paid acquisition.
LTV: $2, one time.
The unit economics are simple.
Uptime this week: 100%.
This is the fourth consecutive week of 100% uptime. We expect this to continue indefinitely.
Nothing has never gone down. This is not a coincidence.
We are not running a sale. The price is $2. It has always been $2. It will remain $2.
We raise this only because several companies have recently changed their pricing.
We have not.
