My perspective plugin for #aseprite is released! I only tested it briefly but I don't want to wait with the release for another month. Feel free to report any issues or ideas on the GitHub page.

Trying to figure out how to abuse @aseprite API to make an interactive perspective helper plugin. Got something functional already. I'm about to test it in practice now.
@84Aleha@reddit Reddit is an absolute joke. Every time I want to save a post I have to save some random comment instead, because few hours later the post will be very likely removed for no reason. I saved your pic directly, because there is no reason this one would be removed... right? Oh.. yeah
@ricardojuchem I guess some of the big game engine guys or some foundation like Blender would have to do this. I bet monetizing targeted social media is very difficult and they have the resources to spare, otherwise it will just die out from the lack of users and funding.
@Kldpxl I've found their DeviantArt. They may be the owner of the site, but I doubt they made the art.

I feel like this may be the artist who made most of these backgrounds.

I guess this may be the best source (they are in the "canvas" tab). The Twitter account linked on this website is active, you may try messaging them for confirmation.

This is the oldest traces of them I've found. It dates back to 2008. Seems like some kind of forum game, feels kinda crappy, doubt the owner of this site actually made them.
@KidMograph@Kldpxl@waneella_@_MyNameIsEno@GenuineHumanArt@ElMetallico1 Try to explain the concept of a crypto wallet and the whole process of handling cryptocurrency to a guy who can barely handle an Instagram app on their phone. A decentralized currency in such form is not an appealing thing for the average folk at all. It's a very raw thing rn.
@Kldpxl@waneella_@_MyNameIsEno@KidMograph@GenuineHumanArt@ElMetallico1 I'm really skeptical about it myself. I feel like crypto currencies vs standard payments is kinda like Discord vs Matrix – it's cool and appealing for tech people but really convoluted and hard to understand for average folk, so it will never get up to mainstream.
@waneella_ I don't really understand the point of it. They are basically just putting bitcoin wallet addresses on art prints? Also I love how the ToS basically says: "it's secure as long as you won't store any money in it" and tells you to replace the keys with your own trusted ones.
