@Styropack following on from my tweet last week about your packaging coming into our yard (Ford Depot) it has now been discovered that someone's car was damaged when your stuff was flying over. Can someone please contact me ASAP about this as its not acceptable.

@AmazonUK the email said that @Hermesparcels would get the delivery to me in 24 hours. Its now Saturday (3 days later) and I've not heard anything from either of you. When I track the delivery it says 30th April to 1st May. As we're now the 2nd May I want to know when I'll get it
