Ministers are facing questions over why the Department for Work and Pensions is using a screening process to filter out potential recruits with health conditions, while repeatedly complaining that too many disabled and older people are not in jobs.

All MPs should listen to this radio interview with @NadiaWhittomeMP
It’s refreshing to hear an MP speak up for Disabled citizens and challenge the proposed cuts to our support 🤝

We are proud to share the wonderful news that our founder, honorary president and @NystagmusUK trustee, Vivien Jones has received the MBE "for services to the #Nystagmus community" in His Majesty's New Year's Honours List.
A fitting tribute as the charity marks its Ruby Year.
Since you have visited Teresa, I have had so much help. It feels like Craig has brought me boxes of treasure and I don't know which one to open first.

Absolutely have to call-out Isobel Oakeshott.
To say benefit claimants are 'parasites', sit on the sofa, drive their 'free motability' is completely outrageous.
At @scope we call out ableism. Call out discrimination. And to not let language like this go unchecked.
Shame.
“I have been so mixed up, you explained everything so clearly. I get really anxious if I don't know what's going on”.
