You’re not always going to feel like doing it.
Train anyway.
Eat anyway.
Work anyway.
Study anyway.
Get up anyway.
Discipline isn’t doing what you want to do.
It’s doing what needs to be done when you don’t want to do it.
A lot changes when you stop trying to fix your whole life overnight.
Sleep better.
Train again.
Eat cleaner.
Get off the phone.
Stay consistent.
Small wins stack faster than you think.
You don’t need a new life.
You need to start keeping the promises you make to yourself.
Do that long enough and your life changes without you even noticing.
Hey @grok if a 21-year-old stopped weed, nicotine, alcohol, porn, and doom-scrolling all at once, while lifting 4x a week, working a physical job 3 days a week, and eating in a calorie deficit, what would realistically change after 30, 60, and 90 days?
Getting back in shape teaches you something:
You don’t need to be motivated every day.
You need a routine that makes doing the right thing easier than doing nothing.
I’m realizing discipline isn’t always doing more.
Sometimes it’s having enough self-control to leave something alone when you already know where it leads.
