Whether Clancy actually had postpartum psychosis is a different question. The condition is already rare, and getting it 8 months after giving birth is even rarer.

Gang-on-gang murders are, for the most part, based on a perfectly rational calculation.

Any reasonable person would also commit them if they were trapped in that gang environment.
