State Emergency Service of Artsakh: Stepanakert after the rocket attack. Thr capital of #Artsakh/#NagornoKarabakh was regularly shelled overnight by #Azerbaijan. Aresidential house was destroyed and 3 civilians killed. Neighboring apartments were partially damaged.

UPDATE: In #Stepanakert, #NagornoKarabakh two citizens were wounded near the Mother & Child’s Healthcare Center. One of the wounded is in the operating room, the other one is preparing for the surgery. There are no civilian casualties in #Shushi.
