Two Senior registrars that I'm supervising got ethical clearance for their part 2 work during the week. They were so excited. They don't know that the bigger hurdle is still ahead.

A colleague from Tanzania showed me his pocket jotter which he had been using to learn pidgin English since coming to Nigeria this year. A glance at the first page gave me an idea of the mindset of the person who he had been learning from.

@nuokoye We really do, the understaffing and poor facilities in our society really needs to change.
& the regulating bodies also need to step up.
If our government is serious, things can change for the better.
All of this still boils down to poor leadership.

At a Paediatric anaesthesia conference yesterday, a friend presented an abstract and stated that mono therapy was used for post-op pain management in children at his center. The Professors and medical elders wanted to finish him with questions.
