@gerhardfobe True. And also devs should be a bit more critical of themselves. It's a good thing for them to walk in the testers' shoes every now and then so as to understand the biases of their own profession. In general all "role swaps" within the team are valuable.

@volotea Mi avete addebitato 60€ per il servizio megavolotea che non ho richiesto e non voglio. Vi ho chiamato al servizio clienti 2 volte spendendo 5€ a telefonata, avete buttato giù il telefono. Vorrei essere contattata senza vendere un rene.
