The portal is dedicated, reliable, secure and transparent with key features and benefits that will best meet the demands of Nigerians. 

4. FEATURES OF THE PORTAL: 

-User Friendly Interface: Simplifies the registration, search, and application processes for homebuyers and developers. 

-Comprehensive Modules: Includes onboarding, pre-qualification, Credit checks via collaboration with Credit Bureaus, banks statement analysis, product application, property listing, mortgage application, and payment gateway features.

-Diverse Payment Options: Supports NHF Loans, Rent-To-Own, Installment and commercial mortgages.

The City is being developed under a PPP arrangement where developers secure land, source for funds and build while the Ministry provides an enabling environment. 

9. Karsana City houses using PPP also have provision for cross subsidy for Nigerian workers. The Renewed Hope Estates have concessionary pricing as they are being funded through budgetary provision using free land from State Government which takes off a substantial cost to enhance affordability.
