Congratulations to our @Yale_LabMed TM fellows on their soon-to-be graduation! And also congratulations to @NalanYurtsever1 for winning the Lab Med Faculty Teaching Award!
.@nursariipek shares how after transplant, poor T-cell receptor recovery and early persistence of recipient stem cells signal relapse risk in #AML/#MDS—offering new biomarkers and paths toward personalized immunotherapy. #ASH25@YaleHematology@SmilowCancer
Finally happy to share our paper pre-print!
Using longitudinal single-cell RNA + TCR sequencing in 33 AML/MDS patients who underwent HSCT, we found early predictors of relapse.

3-In TP53-mutant patients, low TCR diversity, and dominant clonotypes foreshadowed relapse, with expression of an elevated antigen prediction score in this very high-risk patient group.
Late to share — MICU’s been keeping me busy! Thrilled to present our study at @ASH_hematology this year, with our paper coming out soon! Grateful for my mentors @vangalenlab@BrighamWomens and incredible support of my program @YaleIM_Chiefs!
