Can I just point out to those accusing me of hypocrisy. Matt Hancock having an affair is his business. It is of zero interest to me. The point you’re missing is, whilst he ‘fell in love’ we were barred from being with people we’d loved ALL OUR LIVES!!! Some died during that time!
In Germany government action has meant unlimited regional public transport will soon cost just £1.40 per day.
That won't just help people with the cost of living but will help drive down carbon emissions.
Let's fight for that here too.
NEW: Remember this photo of the apparent party in Tory HQ amid lockdown in Dec 2020? Met police say the investigation is over and *no* action was taken against anyone, including mayoral candidate Shaun Bailey - who is now in line for a peerage.
If Brexit had been a good idea, you would have been able to tell by now. You would see telltale signs of its success, regardless of Covid, or Ukraine, or whatever Remainers and/or the EU did or didn’t do. That you can’t tells you that Brexit has failed.
NEW - Two dozen Tories have avoided Covid fines over a “raucous” Dec 2020 party in the basement of Conservative HQ
Indoor socialising was banned at the time
But Scotland Yard says this photo was "insufficient evidence" of a breach ⬇️

Sunak can badmouth 'the member for Islington North' every week between now and Christmas. But it's not Jeremy Corbyn's fault your mortgage is going up £500 a month, is it?
@ChillaxBcn@RussInCheshire Starmer does not represent the whole of labour and labour is its members don't forget. He's such a weak leader, where r all the 1000s people joining cos he's inspired them? He's bland, no charisma and lacks strength of character
A black kid in poverty won’t be inspired that it’s a black Chancellor letting him go hungry.
A brown mum being deported won’t be comforted that it’s a brown Home Secretary tearing her family apart.
“Diversity” at the top means nothing if they’re kicking those at the bottom.
@johnredwood Any increase in interest rates now will be catastrophic for many families. I hope @bankofengland does not decide to do that yet again. Its hard enough putting food on the table and paying energy bills. I can see people missing mortgage payments and more repossessions!
Whereas countries with state run things, like energy and transport are able to plough profits back into services. Oh and you know, pay higher pensions!
Great to hear Liz defend profits. We need more companies to invest to provide us with more energy, food, water. They need money from profits to pay for the investments and to make it worth doing. Countries attacking profits end up poor with empty shelves like Venezuela.
