2 weeks into my 2nd rotation and I took the lead on an initial assessment, completed all the documentation and phoned the patients family member to introduce myself and the service 🌼 I got phone fear and imposter syndrome but I did it 😂👏🏼

Biggest shoutout to the North Wingfield DN Team @DCHStrust for welcoming me with open arms and providing the most supportive environment for my first 6 months as a NQN on the @NQNRotations programme ❤️🥹 I’ve adored working as a community nurse and will miss the team so so much!
