1/4 Just reflecting on the last few days and being out on the picket as I felt quite emotional about it yesterday especially as an anti-strike bill is one step closer.
I've been thinking about how best to describe why nurses are striking and in simple terms I think it's this..
To those of you out there that beeped, worked, gave thumbs up, showed solidarity, listened, expressed kind words, and gave out food/flowers/drinks over the last few days, I think I speak for every striking nurse when I say THANK YOU...you have no idea how much it is appreciated
Just finished two days of "Supervision to Safeguard" training and am kind of speechless about how good it was. Sonia is an inspirational practioner/facilitator of the course! Will be reflecting on it for weeks :) ty @Southern_NHSFT #supervisiontosafeguard#schoolnursing#intrac
