Hoping to motivate some children (and parents). Don’t give up on a goal. I set myself the target to do sub hour 10km in my 50th year but ran short, so 12 months on trained harder and this morning knocked 3 mins off my PB 58:29. #dontquit #commitment #happyhead #hangtrainersup

Parents please see today’s email. Grosvenor street is being resurfaced and will have limited access from the one way system. Where possible please walk tomorrow and Monday otherwise you may well be held up as there will only be left turn out of Victoria Rd.
