@CareHome_Nurse Hi, I am supporting my mum too but do have other family around. For me I am doing 'nursing assessments' to monitor change and help identify when she can no longer manage at home. Not sure how easy it will be to get extra help when it is needed though

@TizBroken In A&E you have no idea what is going on when people arrive so you need a huge breadth of experience to identify really unusual things like tooth ache that is an MI and a stroke that is actually tetanus.
