@danzone2018 @Suffragent_ I think the point is that white rioters were arrested charged and sent to prison with weeks. Less than 6 months for a charge with this evidence is hardly applaudable. And now a year for it to actually get to court.

@Dr_BellaR Absolutely, I had a NICU placement 7 years after I had a stillborn. We lost 3 babies in 3 weeks one was on my babies anniversary and same gestation and it was just too much for me. I left the placement to save my mental health. We must put ourselves first to care for others. Xx

Today I cared for a septic picture baby on ventilation 3 x antibiotics, 5 doses during my shift, I assisted with a lumber puncture, a midline insertion, I did blood gases, inline suctioning. I weaned ventilation for £14.56 an hour plus the usual ICU care #PICU #BetterPay #nursing
