@hybridathlete In a way it’s cheating your way into being able to do “more”. The reason you were getting niggles (your new fav word) is because your foot, tendons, etc need adaptations for higher volume and top end foams allow you to do more without those adaptions.
@hybridathlete I’d put it somewhere between B and C. I think with enough consistency and determination, it’s quiet achievable. This is in a relatively young man (under let’s say 40). The issue is that you need a certain level of consistent weekly commitment for years.
You don't need a juice cleanse.
You don’t need colostrum supplements.
You don't need to cut out carbs
You don't need to take "fat burners."
You don't need greens supplements.
You don't need more burpees.
You don't need to cut out sugar.
You need to be more consistent walking, sleeping 8 hours, drinking water, eating fruits and veggies, emphasizing protein and fiber, strength training, spending time with real people, and prioritizing time for yourself.
@brady_h Yep, it has helped me countless times to fly close to the sun without exploding. I know where my threshold and max are, so using those has been very helpful in the 10, 1/2 and marathon
@charliprangley I’m sorry but nothing screams more lack of solidarity than literally trying to flee a disaster zone when people around you are in need.
