VRChat の Trust & Safety がこのワールドをBANした理由が、なんとなく理解できた気がします。もしここで言われている内容が事実で、「プレイヤーを丸ごと飲み込む“培養ポッド”を作ることを目的として制作されたワールド」であり、ホラーワールドではなく、明確に vore を目的としていて、ユーザーが個別にその行為に参加できる仕様だったのであれば、VRChat ガイドラインの セクション4（自殺・自傷行為） に該当する可能性が高く、ワールドが削除された理由として大きな説明がつきます。
これは VRChat 側の“誤操作”には見えません。

さらに、数週間前にも西側コミュニティで「Vore 関連活動のグループ」がBANされており、記憶が正しければそのBANは永久だったと思います。もし間違っていたら訂正してください。
この件はあまり注目されず、西側ユーザーの多くは「TOS に明確に反しているから当然」と受け止め、すぐに話題は消えていきました。

日本のユーザーが優遇されやすいのはよく知られていますが、もしここで語られている内容が本当で、このワールドに実際に「飲み込みポッド」が存在したのであれば、定義上 VRChat コミュニティガイドラインに違反していたことになります。

そして、今回の声明が 日本語で書かれた理由は、純粋にビジネスと金銭的な事情だと思われます。
VRChat は Guro/Vore 系のコンテンツ制作をあらゆる形で強く制限しています。

日本のユーザーは全体の“多数派”ではないものの、課金・消費の面では最大勢力です。
つまり、多くの日本人ユーザーは VRChat 内で積極的にお金を使います。

だからこそ、今回の声明が日本語で出されたのは、収益に悪影響が出ることを恐れたためだと強く感じています。
VRChat は常に日本ユーザーを優遇してきましたし、西側で明確なTOS違反として炎上させるよりも、日本側だけで静かに処理したほうが、コミュニティ間の扱いの差を隠すことができるからです。

とはいえ、VRChat の Enforcement チームがこうした問題を真剣かつ一貫して取り締まっているのは明らかで、何が許されて何が禁止なのかも明確に示されています。
しかし今回に限っては、明確な違反であるはずのものが許可されていたという、真逆の対応が取られており、本当に奇妙です。
引用ツイートの情報が正しいのであれば、まったく理解できない、非常に不可解な状況です。
