Why can’t the EVM machines have a digital display that can dynamically change the candidate list based on the Aadhaar ID that’s going to vote?

Let’s say, if my vote is in Coimbatore, I’m residing in Chennai, I should still be able to go the local booth in Chennai, scan my aadhaar, the new digital EVM will dynamically change the list of candidates and I can choose my preference.
