Which is very interesting how this appeal could have gone missing. Causing me to lose valuable time on medication that I have taken for years and had no issues with. Then having a rude attitude towards a patient is also not acceptable. End of story. Do better and don’t lie.

@Venmo allows people to hack into your account change passwords, phone numbers and emails and won’t do anything about it. While someone is actively changing these details. They offer no help, not even blocking the account until identity can be proved.

@safelite has the worst customer service and the reason my windshield went from a crack to a full on split that now can’t be repaired but has to be replaced due to multiple reschedulings of my appointment. Your last agent was rude and unhelpful in any way.
