#YNWMellyRetrial: [UPDATE] Det. Danny Polo did not attend his scheduled deposition Thursday, April 10. He phoned in to the court at 7:30 AM this morning that he would be unable to attend the deposition, claiming “tired.”

This marks Det. Polo’s fourth missed scheduled deposition with @YNWMelly’s defense for the retrial. The rescheduling of Det. Polo’s deposition has not been filed with the Broward County Clerk yet.
