Their website screwed up my itinerary … I selected a date of travel but the site booked for a diff date! And now I am being asked to pay fines and change fees. I have provided ALL proof (see screen recording)!

For all those that care, my change fees were waived but I was still made to pay almost 20k extra because they made me cancel and rebook and the flight fares had increased! As seen in tor video, this is entirely due to indigo’s fault.

@TravelGov - hi - I need my sons passport renewed urgently. He is scheduled to travel tomorrow and the expedited passport application is in process and we are unable to get a status on where it’s at. Any update urgently is much appreciated

@UberINSupport Just for the record my issue was not resolved. The next time I request an Uber the drivers will still ask me for destination and then cancel on me. It is disappointing that you were not even able to look up the drivers who cancelled me!

@Uber_India do you know how bad the situation is with your drivers? It is difficult to find a driver who is willing to pick you up without asking where you want to be dropped! It’s disgusting…if you can’t make your drivers fall in line you should quit the business!
