Paul O’Grady - I was lucky to meet him 25/26 years ago when he was in Prisoner Cell
block H at the Grand. He met with my brother who was 10 that day and myself (fortunate enough to have family working at the theatre). Buster was a pup then. He spent about half hour with us.

@DandG_Support I had a confirmed appointment on 19th, no one turned up, another appointment today. Hoover say I have no appointment booked, yet I have a confirmation email. So that is two days wasted. I want to speak to someone about this complaint, as it is poor service.
