From now on I need a torch or some other light during my openwater swim .. it was completely dark at 06.00 and almost did swim into buoy :-)

Already feeling very cold during Sundays long swim (6,5km) water temp hitting the 14 ºC. Changing lake did the trick to a warmer 16 ºC :-)
