@MTA@NYCbuses@nyc311 why when u run to catch m102 5875 @ 7:18am, the driver sits there staring @ u after she closes the door. I had 2 beg 2 open the door. It was a stare down! I had keep saying PLEASE for her 2 open the door. Why so ur drivers pick & choose who they help.

Hey @MTA@nyc311 what the point of saying the stop on 111/2 for the m15 is open but they see you standing there and don’t even stop with a few people standing there like they’re bored. Walked to the light on 110 and he told me to go to 108. Maybe you should educate your drivers
Hey @liquidiv your customer service is nonexistent. I’ve had an issue with my order & emailed you twice. I can’t get a response since Friday. It’s over a week with my issue for my order. Since you guys got super popular over the last 2 years things have gone downhill #badservice
@liquidiv this has been the worst experience I’ve had trying to get my order. Beyond frustrating. Not sure why it impossible to speak with someone on your team.

Instead of staying at the red light to let others on, they close the doors a pull away sitting there for 1 min not allowing people 2 get on. That’s a complete jerk move!
@NYCTBus@MTAbusNews If that’s the case 95% of your drivers are definitely not in compliance, setting a precedence & expectations of us New Yorkers. The expectations are now high especially when boarder line late 4 work relying on the speediness of your drivers 😉 again zero consistency from the mta
Hey @MTA@MTAbusNews@NYCTBus idk where this driver for the southbound m15 bus 5302 got his license but he clearly has no where to be. This is the slowest ride I ever been on. Not sure if you guys use to timetable but he’s awful. I missed my train with this guy. I can jog faster
