Very disappointed with the service from @UrbanLadder. Do not recommend their products and services to anyone. First they failed to deliver a cushion in a sofa set which didn’t pass their own quality check and now they are refusing to replace despite the mistake being on them!

@BLRAirport @CastelinoKmc The FAQs does not answer the question, what is document that confirms the authenticity of the test report? Kindly clarify what document is meant here apart from the test result itself which will have the full name of the person tested which can be verified against the passport!

I will be traveling from Dubai to Bengaluru on 25th Feb. According to new protocols, there will be molecular test done at the airport. Is it the same as the DPI test? And, should we wait for the results before leaving airport? Appreciate your feedback in advance @BLRAirport

@bookmyshow_sup I have sent the required details over a DM. We are watching from UAE but we have been told by our friends and family that the same issue is faced by them in India! Surely can’t be our internet issue. Download speed is 250 mbps. I can attach a screenshot of the speed test!!
