Yesterday, I knew my partner was wrong. Then, I was surprised by all the judgments I was carrying. Eventually, I realized that I was feeling rage and pain. Now, I feel compassion for us both.
The sooner we notice that our moralistic judgments of others are coming from some unhealed hurt of our own, the quicker we find solutions that truly work for all of us.
When we can find solutions that work for all of us, we find peace in our relationships and lives.
