Of all the things in this post I highlighted, I forgot maybe the most important feature of concertdome:

The plush leather recliners are amazing and lay almost completely flat. Vibemaxxxing for sure.

(My only knock on them is no cupholders)

Last night I went to one of the most interesting pieces of real estate in Austin.

The Concertdome.

Sitting in the parking lot of Austin Beerworks, this 101 seat concert venue is a much smaller and more scalable than the Sphere.

Shows on Thursday (x2), Friday (x2) and Saturday (x3). 8 shows / week, average ticket price of ~$66.

~$53k weekly revenue = $2.8 million annually. 2 employees, 4 musicians.

The shows feature a string quartet playing music by artists like Coldplay, Taylor Swift, Lana Del Rey and Kendrick Lamar.

Drinks and snacks can be purchased inside of the brewery. Great and scalable concept.
