@AF__Ferdinand@Philly_Craft@JeremyClarkson Norris is an actual WDC though: at this rate, Russell never will be. And he is a crybaby. One of the few British drivers I can't support
@Sillyshib@BLAIMGame No. Capital Gains Tax applies to profits you make from selling assets such as shares or property.
You don't pay tax on gifts, but you do pay tax on any interest earned on said gift, once it's over your Personal Savings Allowance
@PsrHcl@almurray Whether all tyres are made to the same specifications or not, some cars are heavier than others.
Mine needs 2.4 bar in the front, 2.7 bar in the rear. Which is a lot more than 35psi
@elliottlock@JeremyClarkson Okay, let's make this simple. BMW make an ICE only version of the 5 series Touring (I cost this because I have an older one of these now). They also make an EV (the i5), so it's easy to compare.
Petrol only 520i: 1,850kg
Battery EV i5: 2,255kg
The EV is 22% heavier than the ICE
@MandyConsumer@MrM196919@anon_opin You bought a 316i. That's your issue right there. My wife bought a 2003 E46 320d in 2007, with 137k miles on it already, and when I sold it to buy my current 2012 F11 520d Touring in 2016, it had 308k miles on it.
@smithp573@blahblaaahblaaa@AshValeCommuter@anon_opin You're talking absolute bilge, sunshine. Only question that ever gets asked is who the registered keeper is (who is not necessarily the legal owner), and who the main driver is (not necessarily the policy holder)
@sharrond62 Some of us are just not dog people. Frankly had enough of dogs being everywhere, especially in establishments that serve food, it's so unhygienic.
I've also been attacked by a dog in the past, so would welcome less tolerance of them
@natjarvis100@ShawnAllen79@MBrundleF1@F1 The refuelling era was awful, and I'm very glad it's gone. I like seeing sub 2 second pitstops when it's for tyres only
