@MattTakeThree Keep V70 (because practical), keep 9”820 cos let’s be honest, it’s a summer toy and no one’s going to take unless you give it away. And it’s good for meets and stuff. 9-3 has sentimental value but it’s time is done really, isn’t it? Or keep the lot. Or don’t. Your call.
@hoodrugdealer@ChristiGladius@mattjameswright We’ll agree to have differing opinions. I was actually only thinking of something say 3 years old. Let someone else take the depreciation hit, it’ll have been fixed under warranty and should provide good service for a more reasonable outlay.
@hoodrugdealer@ChristiGladius@mattjameswright You’re (wrongly) assuming a used car will need lots of repairs. Whilst I accept a used car may be older and need some attention, if bought wisely it’s not a forgone conclusion that it will need more than basic maintenance. And the cost saving pays for it many times over.
@adrianfclarke@SancastleAir But I will admit to not paying attention and realising the A-Team van was grey above the red striping. In period I always thought it was black.
@MattTakeThree 1. Has any article so far this week had less real world relevance?
2. I have an iPhone XR. By this metric does that mean I’m a “high net worth” individual? Yay for me. 🤣🤣
@TheMekon_Venus From what I remember, he was basically a bumbling arsehole. The kid managed to solve all the crimes and let him take the credit for everything.
@theseoldcars Never lusted after one of these. They never did very well in comparison tests as the Elise was always a more engaging experience or a Boxster was a more livable with day to day companion. These were neither fish nor fowl. And they were expensive too for what you got.
