@lookfantastic terrible customer service. I’ve asked 4 times for a Jo Malone box after purchasing 2 items and only being sent 1 box when they were 2 gifts and got no where. Keep being told we will look into it. Very disappointed after spending nearly £100.

@Clinique absolutely appalling customer service today. I’ve waited 2 hours to speak to someone to be told the problem was a technical issue to then be told the cream you are offering for free is no longer available as I’ve waited so long to speak to someone. #notimpressed.
