4 floor building go to 14 floor at 2500rs per sq.feet. 8 floors go to original flat owners(double). Cost of other floor 14×2500÷6= 5833 rs per sqft. Sell at 20000 earn huge money

We should spend same money on railways as for road
China is building 1000 km metro and 2-4000 bullet train per year

750 sq. Feet flat can be built in 15-20 lac. Allow Construction of 20 story building in most location and flat will sold at 40 lac.
Just give permission to build 4-5 crores flats in big cities
