🔸 హైదరాబాద్‌కు చెందిన నల్లం ఫణి కుమార్ రాజా రూ.25 లక్షల విలువైన విన్‌ఫాస్ట్ VF7 ఎలక్ట్రిక్ కారును ఈ ఏడాది ఏప్రిల్‌లో గచ్చిబౌలిలోని షోరూమ్ నుంచి కొనుగోలు చేశారు. వాహనంలో తయారీ లోపం ఉందని ఆరోపిస్తూ తన అనుభవాన్ని సోషల్ మీడియాలో వెల్లడించారు.

🔸 కారులో ఏసీ డ్రెయిన్ పైపు కిందికి ఉండాల్సిన చోట పైవైపు అమర్చడం వల్ల నీరు బయటకు వెళ్లకుండా కార్పెట్ కింద చేరి ఫ్లోర్ మొత్తం నీటితో నిండిపోయిందని తెలిపారు. కార్పెట్ శుభ్రం చేసే సమయంలోనే ఈ లోపం తనకు గుర్తించబడిందని చెప్పారు.

🔸 సమస్యను గుర్తించిన వెంటనే మే 19న కారును సర్వీస్ సెంటర్‌కు అప్పగించానని, అయితే కార్పెట్‌ను ఆరబెట్టి తిరిగి ఇచ్చేందుకు మాత్రమే ప్రయత్నించారని ఆరోపించారు. సమస్యకు మూల కారణాన్ని పూర్తిగా పరిష్కరించలేదని విమర్శించారు.

🔸 ఈ అంశంపై కంపెనీకి పలుమార్లు ఈమెయిల్స్ పంపినా, డీలర్‌షిప్ వద్ద నిరసన తెలిపినా ఎలాంటి శాశ్వత పరిష్కారం లభించలేదని పేర్కొన్నారు. డీలర్‌షిప్ పరిహారం ఇచ్చేందుకు ప్రయత్నించిందని, కానీ తాను పరిహారం కాదని స్పష్టం చేశారు.

🔸 తయారీ లోపంతో ఉన్న వాహనానికి పూర్తి రీఫండ్ ఇవ్వాలని డిమాండ్ చేశారు. వినియోగదారుడిగా తన హక్కుల కోసం చట్టపరంగా పోరాటం కొనసాగిస్తానని వెల్లడించారు.
