I paid and subscribed to the World Cup Pack but now I'm not able to watch any match as the app/website is asking me to buy the plan again.

This has caused great inconvenience as I'm not able to watch what I paid for. This is unfair to consumers.

If you lot don't have the capacity to maintain the user database for subscription then don't take the ownership of broadcast a big tournament like FIFA World cup. Just give it to some who can do it flawlessly.
